1. General Information

At Çapar Diamond, we guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of all the jewelry we produce and sell.
Each product is meticulously inspected throughout the production process and presented to you with a holographic jewelry certificate .
This certificate documents the authenticity of the product, the characteristics of the diamond or stone , and the manufacturing standards .


2. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers defects arising from manufacturing or workmanship.
The following are covered under warranty:

  • Loosening, cracking, or deformation in the mount or stone setting due to manufacturing defects,

  • Workmanship errors that occur during production,

  • The diamond or gemstone may not match the specifications stated on the certificate.

  • Technical or assembly defects discovered upon product delivery.

In such cases, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge .


3. Situations Excluded from Warranty Coverage

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  • Damage resulting from misuse or external factors such as impact, dropping, or crushing,

  • Color changes or deformations that occur as a result of contact with substances such as chemicals, perfumes, detergents, and soaps,

  • Any alteration to the product's original form (changing size, dimensions, adding or removing stones, etc.),

  • Situations where the certificate or invoice is not presented.

In such cases, the product is considered eligible for paid maintenance or repair services.


4. Warranty Period

All Çapar Diamond products are covered by a lifetime maintenance guarantee .
The maintenance warranty covers services such as polishing, cleaning, and stone inspection, excluding manufacturing defects.
If the product is damaged due to user error, repairs will be carried out for a fee .


5. Warranty and Service Procedures

To obtain warranty or maintenance service, you can follow these steps:

  1. Package your product securely along with its certificate and invoice.

  3. Please send the product to us via our contracted shipping company, following the instructions you will receive.

Once the product arrives at our workshop, a technical inspection will be conducted to assess the warranty coverage , and you will be informed of the results.


6. Transportation and Cargo Insurance

All shipments covered under warranty must be made via insured shipping .
The product comes under the guarantee of Çapar Diamond from the moment it reaches us.
Any losses or damages that may occur during the shipping process are covered by insurance.


7. Authorized Service and Repair

All maintenance and repair work, whether under warranty or not, must be performed only at authorized Çapar Diamond workshops .
Unauthorized tampering with the product will void the warranty.
